User Responsibilities

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
75 db reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice. Accounts may be closed for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, attempted fraud, or repeated misuse. Any decision regarding the refund of a verified balance on a closed account will be made following a review. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 75 db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). When making a deposit, you must ensure that the payment method used is registered in your own name and is legitimate. Depositing funds from third-party accounts or unknown sources is strictly prohibited and will be flagged as suspicious activity. - Deposit Successful deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes. In cases of technical delays, it may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawal Withdrawal requests typically take anywhere from a few hours up to a maximum of 72 hours to process. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
